All spa covers are custom built to order under strict and exacting manufacturing tolerances at the 90,000 sf state of the art factory located in Tampa Florida. We can custom make a spa cover to fit any size spa and hot tub including oversized hot tubs. All covers use Heavy duty marine grade vinyl and energy efficient virgin foam polystyrene inserts. We recommend upgrading the vapor barrier to the Dual Extreme Vapor Barrier which is a thick 8 mil dual extreme poly vapor moisture barriers to protect against water absorption.
