Marine Grade Vinyl
All our premium hot tub covers feature superior, heavy duty Marine Grade vinyl treated with mildew and UV inhibitors to keep your new spa cover vinyl strong and looking new. The vinyl we use on our spa covers is extra thick to prevent cracking and splitting. Our hot tub covers are cold crack tested down to -20 Degrees Fahrenheit.

Dual Extreme Vapor Barrier
The number one cause of spa cover failure is water absorption. Once a hot tub cover starts absorbing water it acts like a sponge, and in a very short time it can double in weight. Every cover we build wraps its foam core in a 4 mil vapor barrier, heat-sealed for an airtight, moisture-proof seal. The Dual Extreme Vapor Barrier upgrade doubles that to an 8 mil dual barrier.
Double Stitching
We take the extra step(s) to ensure that each spa cover we build is stitched to exacting standards. We double stitch all hot tub covers paying particular attention to the spa covers stress points. (Hinge, Handles, Straps, Corners, and Skirt). All spa covers are stitched with polyatomic UVR thread to prevent premature failure due to UV exposure.
Reinforced Hinge
Every cover we build includes a reinforced hinge as standard — never a paid upgrade. We build it from multiple layers of reinforced vinyl and test it for thousands of folds. Beyond the everyday stress of opening and closing your cover, it is reinforced to work with a spa cover lifter, whether you already have one or add one separately.
SOLID Underliner
Spa Covers are more vulnerable from the inside than from the outside. The underliner is a key component of your cover, so our covers are built with a chlorine and bromine resistant solid underliner which can collect condensation in the interior of the cover (which can cause eventual vapor barrier breakdown and mildew buildup). These underliners are also equipped with drain holes to allow condensation that builds up to easily drip back into your spa to avoid bacteria or mold growth, or long term direct exposure to the vapor barrier.
