I’d like to send feedback on my hot tub cover; purchased in March. The whole order process, delivery and quality of the cover have exceeded our expectations. I was very apprehensive about ordering online with a company that I never did business. I went to the BBB to check your history, which was very good compared to other spa companies!! So I took the plunge and purchased the cover. It arrived as promised; I checked the product before accepting delivery to find everything in perfect condition! I will definitely recommend your company to others!

I believe in giving credit where credit is due, and you deserve a standing ovation! We have used the cover over the weekend, and are very pleased with how it works. We can set the temperature of our spa to a max of 104 degrees. We could never reach that high of a temperature with our old cover. Using your new cover over the weekend, our spa made it to 104! For the quality at any price, I don’t think there is a better cover on the market.

I received the Hot Tub covered I ordered yesterday, and I was really Pleased upon opening. GREAT Craftsmanship, VERY WELL put together, the color is wonderful and will admit, I do believe it is better/nicer than the original cover that came with the Tub in the first place !!,VERY HAPPY CAMPER here my friends…..would NOT hesitate to tell my friends, or order from you guys again !! Put off getting a new top for awhile now I was to the point of I was the only one who could lift the top off I put bricks up to help support the top on the lift…wow ordered the new one built and shipped really fast received it and fit perfect. Really pleased with everything should have done it sooner Oh and also had I chose to keep with the manufacture it would have doubled the cost plus had to pay for shipping.. VERY PLEASED
