Return and Refund Policy

At Hot Tub Cover Spot, our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy varies depending on the product category you purchased.

Custom Spa Covers and Custom-Built Products

This includes items such as: New Hot Tub Covers, Walk on Hot Tub Covers, Aluminum walk on Spa Covers, Soft Spa Covers, and Spa Cover Caps, etc.

All custom hot tub covers, swim spa covers, and all custom products/covers are final sale and cannot be returned. Since these items are made-to-order, returns are not possible. If you encounter a manufacturing issue or need to file a warranty claim, please contact our team directly for further assistance.

All Other Products (non-custom)

This includes items such as: chemicals, steps, accessories, pillows, straps, blankets, etc.

We offer refunds on all standard, non-custom-built products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase and wish to receive a refund, please contact our Customer Service team. We will provide you with directions and the needed information to complete the return. Purchases must be returned within 30 days of the date you received the order, unused, unassembled and in original condition and packaging. Purchaser will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as paying for and shipping of the item back to Hot Tub Cover Spot. The purchaser will be responsible for shipping the item back to Hot Tub Cover Spot. Please obtain a Return Authorization Number, as returns cannot be accepted without this number.

Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return. Please circle the items that you are returning. Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Returns and/or exchanges are processed within 14 days of the date we receive the item(s).

NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable and insurable (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return until it has been processed.
