Shipping and Order Timeline Policy

Our shipping policy (and timeline) as well as order processing (and timeline), varies depending on the product category you purchased.

Custom Spa Covers and Custom-Built Products

This includes items such as: New Hot Tub Covers, Walk on Hot Tub Covers, Aluminum walk on Spa Covers, Soft Spa Covers, and Spa Cover Caps, etc.

Production:

Covers are built to order and can take 10-25 business days in production depending on the time of year. The average production time is between 10-12 days.

Shipping:

Due to the large size of our custom hot tub covers, your order will likely be shipped through one of our Less Than Truckload (LTL) carriers. While a tracking number will be provided, please note that updates may be less frequent compared to traditional (UPS, FedEx, etc.) shipping services. We ask that you provide your phone number at checkout so the carrier can contact you to arrange delivery if needed. Custom cover orders typically take 1-4 weeks to reach their destination once they are shipped. Sorry we cannot ship any items to a P.O. Box. All orders are delivered to your front door.  Our LTL partners are not able to bring your order into your home or to the backyard. Once your cover is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Cost:

Replacement Custom Hot Tub and Spa Covers are eligible for Free Standard Shipping. However, some remote, rural, or congested large metropolitan areas (NYC for example) may not be eligible for free shipping and may incur additional nominal shipping fees. Any applicable charges will be calculated at checkout. This total will include all checkout costs, and you will NOT be contacted for any further shipping or other costs.

All Other Products (non-custom)

This includes items such as: chemicals, steps, accessories, pillows, straps, blankets, etc.

All orders of non-custom items that are in stock and available, ship within 2-4 business days. Once shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. For these types of products the carriers that used generally are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or FexEx. These non-custom items are generally shipped via “Ground” service and shipping time ranges from 5-10 business days.

Shipping Cost:

All non-custom products generally are eligible for “free shipping”. This means that the actual freight costs are included in the purchase price of completed sales, no extra charge, and will be calculated at checkout if needed. Free shipping generally applies to cover caps, cover lifters, accessories etc. Free Shipping is NOT available on replacement spa covers due to their size.

Other General/Broad Shipping Policies

Damage During Shipping:

Damage should be noted with the carrier if possible and if a spa cover, please refuse delivery. Please do not use the item and keep it with all the packaging materials and box for inspection. Notify us on the same day if possible. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 5 calendar days of the delivery date. We have the right to request photos of the damage.

Reach:

Shipment/Delivery is available within the U.S. 48 contiguous states. There will be an extra charge for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii. Contact us for a quote. Sorry, spa covers cannot be shipped outside of the U.S.A.
